NR has all the necessary technical know how and the supporting equipment and man power for undertaking any challenging tasks. We conduct the orientation and Training classes round the year to our staff to upgrade themselves and feel comfortable to take up any task. This training facility is extended to even site staff of the Customer to achieve qualitative outputs.

  • Architectural Services

  • NRC provides architectural services to the clients as per their requirements. These services commence with concept sketches or line diagrams to enable the client to finalize the architectural concepts like floor layouts. These services are provided for Housing, Industrial, Commercial, Institutional & Infrastructure projects.

    Once the requirements are frozen, NRC will provide the necessary submission plans for Authority Approval and Plans & Elevations and Sections for tendering purposes.

    During the construction stage, NRC will provide detailed drawings & will ensure adequate coordination and cooperation between its architect and contractor.

  • Structural Engineering Services

  • We develop suitable frame for supporting the structure, detailed analysis of forces acting on the frame including Dead loads, Live loads, Wind loads & Seismic forces.

    Based on the analysis detailed design of each member is made as per IS codes and accordingly construction drawings are prepared.

  • MEP Services
  • We provide complete HVAC designing as per the building structure and requirements, the following details are provided:
  • 2D layout drawings as per the building structure.
  • Preparation Duct design & piping layout drawings.

  • Interior designing is one of the key aspects of any commercial / residential project. NRC Interior design team provides conceptual design and material selection. understanding that clients will spend some of their valuable time interacting with interior spaces, NRC provides virtual reality 3D CAD models that will ensure that what the clients observes is what they are going to get at the end of the completion process.

  • Landscaping Services

  • NRC offers a comprehensive consultancy services for Landscape Architecture, Environmental Planning and design through its close associates for various Project Types, scopes and budgets. This involves right from Pre-contract stage namely, Site Master planning, Concept Design, Construction Drawings to Post Contract stage namely Supervision, Contract Administration and Maintenance.

  • Project Management Services are provided after the construction agency has been finalized. It involves three types of services:
